Last thought on website design I heard at a conference:
A client once said they really liked the design of Google and Twitter because the site was so clean, simple and easy to use. Unknowingly this was a really difficult statement because to them the user the design seemed simple and straight forward. When in actuality the process to that design was far more complex then they ever imagined.
